Overview

This policy explains how Soulful Bliss handles personal data. It is written to align with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules made under it.

The short version: this website has no accounts, no cart, no payment gateway and no analytics. It does not ask you to register and it does not track you. Personal data only reaches us when you choose to start a conversation.

What we collect

We collect nothing automatically through this website. There is no advertising pixel, no behavioural analytics and no third-party tracking script on any page.

When you use the contact form, the details you type are assembled into a WhatsApp message in your own browser and handed to WhatsApp when you send it. The form does not transmit anything to a server of ours, and nothing is stored on this website.

We therefore only ever hold what you send us directly. Depending on how you reach us, that can include:

  • Your name, as you give it to us.
  • Your WhatsApp number, which WhatsApp shows us when you message.
  • Your email address, if you write to us by email.
  • Your delivery address and pin code, if you place an order.
  • The content of your messages, including any enquiry or complaint.

We do not ask for and do not want financial account details, identity documents, health information or any other sensitive category of data. Please do not send them.

Why we use it

We use what you send us for a small and specific set of purposes:

  • To answer your enquiry and quote a price.
  • To take, confirm, pack and deliver an order.
  • To handle a return, replacement or refund.
  • To respond to a complaint and keep a record of how it was resolved.
  • To meet our own accounting and tax obligations.

We do not use your details for automated decision-making or profiling. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, and we do not send marketing messages to a number that contacted us for something else.

Who else sees it

We keep the circle as small as the order allows. Your details may be shared with:

  • The delivery partner carrying your parcel, which needs your name, address and phone number.
  • WhatsApp, because a conversation on WhatsApp is processed by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy, not ours.
  • Our accountant or a government authority, where the law requires it.

We do not transfer personal data outside India ourselves. Note that WhatsApp and email providers operate their own infrastructure and their own policies govern that processing.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept only while your enquiry is open and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own accounting and dispute records, then deleted.

Where a record is only needed to satisfy a statutory obligation, such as accounting, we keep that record for as long as the obligation lasts and no longer.

How we protect it

We apply security measures proportionate to a small business that holds very little data: access is limited to the people who need it to fulfil your order, and devices used for the business are protected by a passcode.

If a personal data breach affects you, we will inform you and the Data Protection Board of India without undue delay, and in any event within 72 hours of becoming aware of it.

No method of transmission is perfectly secure. Please avoid sending anything confidential over an unencrypted channel.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you have the right to:

  • Ask what personal data of yours we hold and what we have done with it.
  • Have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected, completed or updated.
  • Have your data erased where we no longer need it for a lawful purpose.
  • Nominate another person to exercise these rights if you die or become incapacitated.
  • Have a grievance addressed by us before escalating it.

To exercise any of these, write to soulfulbliss.naturesmagic@gmail.com from the email address you contacted us on, or message +91 96064 59217 from the number you used. We may ask a question to confirm it is really you, so that we do not hand your data to someone else.

Children

This is a hair care product sold to adults. We do not knowingly collect the personal data of anyone under 18, and we do not direct this website at children.

If you believe a child has sent us personal data, tell us and we will delete it.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising scripts.

Fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers to fetch them. That request carries your IP address and is handled under Google's privacy policy. We receive nothing from it.

Grievance redressal

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, contact our grievance officer.

  • Grievance Officer: Reena Sridar
  • Email: soulfulbliss.naturesmagic@gmail.com
  • WhatsApp and phone: +91 96064 59217
  • Address: 5028, beside Pink Health Hospital, Hanuman Nagar Circle, Belagavi, Karnataka 590019

We will acknowledge within 48 hours and aim to resolve within one month.

If we do not resolve your grievance to your satisfaction, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

This policy takes effect on 28 August 2026 and was last updated on 28 August 2026.

If we change it, the revised date above changes with it. Material changes to how we use your data will be flagged to you on WhatsApp where we hold an open conversation with you.
